Dr. Sofia Adams is a naturopath, a clinical homeopath, and a farmer who lives in Iowa. She has a virtual practice called Vale of Health where she connects with people across the US, inspiring them to live a more nature-empowered life, and using items that God gave us to heal ourselves, naturally.
